Being a personal development strategist coach and personal trainer I partner with individuals to help create balance in one's life through combining the mental and physical aspects. Together, we strategize in discovering answers to momentary beliefs that prevent accomplishments.

When in doubt we resolve to our "default" mechanism which possibly does not work to resolve the situation after all; through thinking "out-of-the-box" we often find various opportunities and possibilities.

Our emotional health and physical health must find congruence for true success achievement. Perhaps our health issues are based on limiting beliefs from our childhood or quite possibly from an outdated "reward system" in providing temporary pleasure.
